I booked an hour nutrition assessment with Rob about 7 weeks ago. He was very helpfull with emailing me a custom plan based on my goal weight. I lost 25 lbs and gained muscle in that time frame. I highly reccomend booking with him 100%!! Happy thanksgiving!

Navesink Fitness is a great gym. I have had the best experience getting back into working out! And, with help from personal training by Rob Knox I have went from not being able to walk a straight line due to Multiple Sclerosis to remaining in remission for a solid two years now.

Have been going to Navesink Fitness for over 9 years. Great owner and group of people at the gym. You have high school kids all the way up to seniors working out between each other and having enough equipment to accommadate everyone.
