The owner tried to charge 5% fee to use a credit card. Unaware that legally he is only supposed no more than 3.5%. He was charging more than the credit card fee. Also he was supposed to post the fee, so the consumers is made aware of.

Cost me More money because the Resealed part Leaked and had to Replace 2X. Buy New and Save time and money. Or have someone else do the work. They may get better.
