An existing customer shared his experience the bank which was nothing short of stellar, particularly with regard to the staff being personally engaged in responding to their patrons' needs and concerns. Rian Andrews stayed late and made sure we got our account set up that day. He took great care of us. In transferring funds into our new account, our 'too-big-to-fail' external bank was very difficult to work with, but Rian and his staff engaged with the external bank on several occasions to resolve the external bank's issues. We are very happy with initial experience with everyone at The Bank of Princeton.”

“I have to say if you told me to give a review about BOA, 16 years ago - I would give the worst possible one.
I went to the Rocky Hill branch and needed help a week ago. I was VERY skeptical that anyone would even try to help me. I had the worst opinion about BOA for a personal reason that happened to me.
I was extremely surprised by Mrs Desi, Mrs Sree and the lady manager ( I’m sorry, but I don’t remember your name; but there is only one manager of the bank! ?). Those ladies are absolutely wonderful, helpful and outstanding! They surprised me by their professionalism and vast knowledge in banking! After I resolved my problems, I decided to give this bank another chance and open an account at this branch. With such great service, they might chance my opinion about BOA.”
