“HEFCU is an excellent credit union. I benefitted from their services for three decades while employed at a major medical center in New Jersey. They have always been helpful and very courteous when interacting with me. I wish them continued success in serving the healthcare professionals in New Jersey (and elsewhere). Thanks again HEFCU!”

“Great bank! -- My family and I opened accounts at this bank a year ago and have been very impressed with the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. The bank offered us a free safe deposit box (self-service, so you don't have to wait for someone to "get the keys"), and pays us a much higher interest rate than the bank we used to use. The hours are a lot better than our old bank too. What's not to like?”

“These guys take care of me every time I'm in here. I live 2 minutes from the Lawrenceville branch and I go out of my way to come here in Princeton Junction because it's legitimately better service, runs quicker, and I get the answers I'm looking for instead of a loop of unresponsive bureaucracy I get from other branches. Very welcoming and professional, always a pleasure coming in here.”

“I dropped in my neighborhood branch; Bank of Princeton where Henrry Polanco assisted me with opening a new account. He shared some tips on purchasing a new car & where to go for financing. A+ experience”

“While most banks are closing branches faster then you can say Venmo and mobile bill pay, Chase branches seem to be multiplying faster than that packet of mail order sea monkeys I coveted as a kid. What do they know that the rest of Wall Street doesn't? I'm not really sure but their new outposts seem to be situated in affluent burbs where Citi and Wells Fargo are aggressively thinning the herd. What I do know is that JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon isn't stupid and has accumulated more wealth than many small countries by being an astute contrarian. Maybe cash isn't quite dead yet and having tellers and physical branches in new places as regional banks retrench does wonders for lobbying efforts in their heavily regulated industry. Or more directly they anticipate being one of the few men left standing as some of the weaker community and regional banks fall by the wayside. Five stars for zigging while the other money houses zag.”

“Great neighborhood bank. I do most of my banking online but it's a pleasure doing business with this team. Like the show Cheers, I walk in and everyone knows my name. Has been a nice experience for the kids too when they opened their accounts.”

“All of the employees at this branch are miracle workers. I was the victim of identification theft and lost over $10,000. Olivia, one of the greatest bankers on the planet, spent hours and hours and hours with me to ensure that the money was returned to my account, and that my family was made whole again. I could not be more grateful and I could not recommend this branch more enthusiastically. I will be forever banking with TD as long as the manager keeps Olivia as an employee - she is a true lifesaver, and I am so grateful to all the employees who stood by me during a very difficult time .”

“Representing our Homeowners Association. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and service we have received from The Bank of Princeton. We should have moved our accounts over years ago.”

“This TD bank is my hometown bank.. Some highs and some lows. I have always have a phenomenal relationship with Sunny as my banker!! It is so unfortunately to see him go.. Potentially a bit of a change since the robbery. For my hometown stake, I hope this bank can get stronger and build itself back to great!”
