“I have never had a problem where with customer service or support. Any associate I interact with is always ready and willing to help me .. with a smile! I don't see this in a lot of retail stores today as people don't seem to want to work or do their job anymore and good customer service seems to be a lost art. But I find the associates here to be very helpful and they make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, the gentlemen in the Tech department assisted me professionally and courteously.”

“I went to AT&T yesterday trying to get a SIM card for LTE for a camera I bought. Luai and his associate did a great job educating me on the process and answering all my questions. They informed me since I'm on my family's plan I would save a lot more than starting a separate plan which I appreciated. They helped me get everything set up with the camera before I left. “This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

“My parents and i got new phones this past week. We bought the Motorola stylus 5g.
The worker here, was misinformed about the Moto Stylus 5G. Told us, if we lose the stylus that came with this phone, we would have to buy a whole new phone.
This is wrong.
IF you lose the stylus, you CAN purchase a new stylus for $15.00 off of motorola's website.”

To my luck, this business' screen repair services was readily available and was able to get my phone repaired quickly and at a great price. They offer aftermarket and genuine screens which I was very happy about. I didn't catch his name, but he was amazing and super nice! He returned my call as soon as he got to the store this morning and was super understanding. I greatly appreciate his service and will be recommending him to anyone that needs phone repairs!”
