Agents are extremely responsive & get to the heart of the matter if there’s an outage for instance affecting the Optimum app.With one situation they scheduled a tech to come out for a problem. Right on the FB private message! I found it’s the quickest way to get the problem recognized. One time problem was recognized after midnight and I was told technicians were working on the programming problem that affected the app!”
