“This pharmacy is AMAZING! Incredible customer service and and free, fast delivery. We had a problem getting a script filled at CVS for an inhaler for my daughter. They were out of stock and CVS could not tell us when it was coming in. My daughter was getting worse with her cough and breathing. Ridge Pharmacy rescued us and saved the day! Ridge had the medicine in stock, they called CVS got the script transferred over and delivered it the same day within maybe 2 hours. I will always use and recommend this pharmacy. THANK YOU!!!!!”

After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. “Picking up a prescription here was super quick! As soon as my doctor called to put in a prescription, the pharmacy called me to confirm it and ask for insurance info. They had the prescription ready within 10 minutes and I was in and out of the pharmacy within 30 seconds. This was so much better than chain pharmacies like the CVS down the block where I’ve waited over 30 minutes in the store to pick up a prescription.”

The stocking is slow and inefficient, the staff aren't that friendly as they used to be when the first opened and the pharmacy is understaffed. I used to enjoy going to the store but it is not as fun as it used to be 10 years ago.”
