Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. Upon coming back to the store to get a replacement, Jeremy helped us and he was great as well! Really good experiences with the associates in this store around, highly recommend!”

“The best place to buy appliances for your home.Today I needed to buy a full suite of appliances. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.My regular sales person Cliff helped me.Not the usual sales person, he is kind, gentle and really worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Then there was Andrew, the General Manager. It had been about 6 months since I had been in to P.C Richards. He immediately recognized me, gave me a warm hello and shook my hand. After Cliff totaled the sale, Andrew came over to approve the sale and give me a few more discounts. He again shook my hand and thanked me for choosing P.C. “I came into Ashley looking to see a sofa and loveseat I saw online. I wanted to try it out and see if it would be best for my apartment before purchasing. Unfortunately they didn't have the sofa in stores. Bryan the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the sofas that were similar and gave me the best deals. I paid more than what I expected but I realized a sectional sofa was a better fit and comfort for my apart.”
