He was extremely helpful, patient, and advised us on different styles my wife and I were looking for in our new home. When we hit a little road bump on the delivery, Mateo was prompt, professional, and went out of his way to met our needs. He is absolutely the kindest and most professional salesman we encountered in any furniture store. We bought the Thompson sofa and the Nava dining table here. They are both aesthetic and practical. The sofa has to be the softest and highest quality leather sofa I ever sat on. I highly encourage all buyers to give this store a try. You will not regret it!”

“Wonderful business and customer service!I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”
