“Recently purchased two new custom recliners during the President's Day sale to replace two leather La z Boy recliners we had for over twenty years. Even though the store was packed with shoppers, Thalia took the time to work with us to find the perfect fabric for our new recliners. We ordered a swatch of the fabric to help with the redecorating process. The only issue was that I had to call a few times because I had never received the swatch. The recliners were delivered within the 4-6 week timeframe in two pieces which makes it easier to get them through the doors. They were wrapped and the delivery and set-up went perfectly! I was notified the day before as to the three hour delivery window. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way on delivery day by email. The recliners are well made and so very comfortable. We returned to the store on 4/5 to work with the designer Neecy who helped us pick out a wall color and new end tables. On the way out we spotted a chair we liked for the bedroom . We'll probably go back to purchase it! Kudos to Thalia, Neecy, Netta and Nick. They were all very helpful anytime I called. 100% satisfied!”

I was aware that this was a pricier option than other furniture stores in the area, but was willing to give it a try. So take note, if you are looking for budget furniture, this isn't your place.Upon walking into the store, you are greeted by someone who can direct you to the right area. There are 2 floors.Since we were looking for a couch, we went upstairs and were greeted by someone else, an associate named Sharon. We told her what we were looking for in a couch, and she brought us to a couch that literally met all our needs. Since we have pets, our options were limited in terms of fabric. Sharon was very, very helpful! She even told us to sign up for Crate & Barrel's email list to save an additional 10%.Although I am still waiting on my couch delivery (backorder!), I am confident that it will be seamless given the store experience.
