Didn't feel rushed or pressured the entire time. A couple months later, the mattress we purchased ended up being defective. We submitted a claim which was an easy and quick process. “I came into Ashley looking to see a sofa and loveseat I saw online. I wanted to try it out and see if it would be best for my apartment before purchasing. Unfortunately they didn't have the sofa in stores. Bryan the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the sofas that were similar and gave me the best deals. I paid more than what I expected but I realized a sectional sofa was a better fit and comfort for my apart.”

“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”
