“A few weeks ago, my car had multiple sensors go off for a brake system failure. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. “I have had 2 experiences with Exclusive Auto Collision. One of these occurred approximately 5 years ago when I needed some rear bumper work on my Porsche Cayenne. Not only were they less expensive than the estimate that I got elsewhere, but were highly recommended by Jack Daniels Porsche and did a great job. The owner, Tony, is a gentleman and extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I also worked with Jerry and others on his staff who also were wonderful.
Recently, I unfortunately was in an accident which totaled my car.
I had my car towed to Exclusive Auto due to my 1st experience with them. Dealing with insurance companies, as we know, is not a pleasurable experience. Tony. as well as his staff, helped me through the entire ordeal and was instrumental in allowing me time to resolve this matter. His generosity was exemplary and I am grateful to him for being such a class act. I without reservation highly recommend Exclusive Auto Collision.”
“My wife and I were stuck 6 hours from home when our brakes went out after our return flight. George got us in first thing, lifted our car up and showed us the exact problem in a way we understood, and took an hour to call around for parts and - when there were none available - performed a temporary fix to make it safe enough to drive home for another mechanic to do the full repair.
