“A few weeks ago, my car had multiple sensors go off for a brake system failure. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. I called a few mechanics nearby and had no luck, each said they had a 3-4 week wait. When I called Community Auto & Tire, Randy was respectful, attentive and extremely accommodating. When I dropped my car off, Jack was friendly and helpful at the desk and made the process seamless. My car was fixed and ready to go all in one day with reasonable prices and quality work. “Very happy with my new and hitch … there are two things that could be improved. 1. Automatic sunroof closing , or a reminder to check, like they do when they say check your children . And 2. I wish I could upgrade the sound system, buyer beware , get what you want before you sign the dotted

“This place is absolutely amazing. I drive an older car (thankfully under warranty), which I had to bring in 3 times in the span of a month for upkeep. They replaced my water pump and radiator the first time, my suspension the second, and my brake system the third time. The car drives like it’s brand new and it was so refreshing to go to a mechanic who looked at me and treated me as an adult rather than acting as if I was a young girl with no idea what I was talking about. “Dan at Distinctive Car Care is an honest and inexpensive mechanic. I had a few drops of coolant on my garage floor and thought there might be a radiator leak. I took my vehicle to a local dealer who quoted me over $1400 to replace the radiator. Dan tested the radiator and didn't find anything wrong (I wonder if the dealer even tested it???), but said if I wanted to replace the radiator that the cost would be about $850. However, Dan recommended that we wait and see if there is actually an issue. Who does that today? He gave me a great deal on the analysis. I would highly recommend Dan for any automotive repairs.”
“My wife and I were stuck 6 hours from home when our brakes went out after our return flight. George got us in first thing, lifted our car up and showed us the exact problem in a way we understood, and took an hour to call around for parts and - when there were none available - performed a temporary fix to make it safe enough to drive home for another mechanic to do the full repair. He then offered a modest fee and asked if it was too much (it wasn't). Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had. Thank you, George!”
