“The staff is the strongest part of my experience: courteous, professional, and caring. The online system could use some simplification. The entire process steps wasn't apparent. For instance, I wasn't sure until I got there when it was going to ask for a schedule date (it turns out, after payment). Also, on that note, I prefer to be able to at least tentatively select a date and time before I pay, to make sure there is an open time that fits my schedule.”

“On November 5, 2024, this center in Manasquan was staffed by just one woman who served as phlebotomist, patient in-take coordinator and front desk receptionist. The center was busy, and as she moved from station to station and patient to patient while answering phones in between, she was warm, professional and provided gentle patient care. She deserves to be recognized for providing excellent service with a smile under challenging circumstances. I believe her name is Paula, and I commend her.”

“Scheduled my appointment for 9:10 am on a Tuesday. Waited about 5-10 minutes before I was called to a room. Another 5 minutes for blood draw. Fast, easy, and quick process!”
“Dyshera made the experience really wonderful. She went above and beyond. There were some issues with the prescription and she took her time to straighten everything out. She not only worked the check in area where she processed the prescription and paperwork but she jumped in to also do the phlebotomy drawing the blood for my daughter. My daughter had been fasting and I was worried that she may have had to come back due to some issues with the prescription but Dyshera made everything possible so my daughters labwork would be done while we were there. Additionally, when she knew there was alittle bit of a back up she called another employee over to ask them to go to room 2 to let someone else waiting know that she will be right there. She was conscientious to think of each person waiting. She is the type of person that helps to remove the stress out of a situation, she happens to be an amazing phlebotomist, and treats the patient with care. I have been coming to this Labcorp location for many years and I have had some good experiences and some not so great but with Dyshera there it was a wonderful experience. It’s evident that she is an important member of Labcorp’s team and a true asset to the company.”
