“Although I had trouble getting an appointment time I wanted I did chose to walk in and take my chances at a long wait time. I checked in on the kiosk, opted to wait in my car. Within 2 min of getting to car I received the text to come in for blood draw. While speaking with the woman at the front desk 2 men, at 2 different times came to the window and proceeded to be harsh and nasty to the woman trying to process my paperwork for the draw. One man was in the wrong office and the other had wrong paperwork but the woman at the counter( let's call her Pat) was unwavering in her professionalism and quickly showed them the error of their ways. Wrong office guy kept up the sparky comments all the way out the door. She's a better person than me. Idk if I would put up with that all day, which she says happens. I'm sure it does too, in my 5 min total in the bldg I witnessed 2 verbal assaults on Pat who was just doing her job. Her stick wasn't bad either. Cudos to you at the front desk for handling both situations professionally.”

“So I've been getting blood work for most of my life and tend to be a bit picky about how it's done (the type and size of the needle, which vein to use, etc). Today I went and my phlebotomist, Cammy, was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. Somebody should toss her a raise.”

“I must say my doctors love your turn around time with blood work but the problem is they never heard of you . You need to open up in new revitalizing areas the Jersey Shore . Belmar new buildings going up,Bradley Beach Avon,Spring Lake . There are so many Doctors and walk in urgent care you would be doing these towns a great justice we only have Neptune lab Core which is horrible Manaquan also not the greatest and to tell you the truth I don't know where quest is . Jersey shore hospital is 10-15 minutes from these areas . I think you have great team members and especially Belmar could use one . Thank you for your great service my doctors think your very organized . I would open another Med labs in the Jersey Shore area . Thank you again for your kind service.”

“Those of us who have aggressive blood cancesr do A LOT of labs. I have been trying all the different LabCorps in the area, and this is the winner. If you make an appointment, check in on time, and have all your paperwork ready, you and are in and out in minutes. And, most importantly, the phlebotomists have good technique. I am not bruised for a week after blood draws.”

“I always go hear for bloodwork because they are the best! I have deep veins and Labcorp will stab me about a half a dozen times before they tell me to leave and drink more water. I always drink a ridiculous amount of water before I go to get bloodwork but they just say come back.”

“My doctor's office sent over an incorrect code for my vitamin D test. I signed electronically my consent to incur the cost. Which turned out to be $250. I went back after calling my doctor's office; they gave me a confusing answer. But once the two spoke it was all cleared up. They took me back in and relabeled all my samples before being sent out. No charge. Easy appointment scheduling. Overall positive experience.”

“This particular LabCorp location gets my highest rating. I had an appointment and used the cellphone check-in option. I was barely in my seat when I was called, and was out of there well within 10 minutes- if that! On another occasion I had no appointment, but was served within 20 minutes, and on my way in a reasonable time.”

“I was there as a gift of life donor and the girl in the front didn't know what I'm talking about, and I forgot a mask but she didn't want to give me one and I had to walk 10 min. to find a store that sells masks, but overall it was great, I came for blood drawl and it was the easiest I had in my life!! experienced and caring staff really nice and clean, to bad I cant give it 5 stars because the two above reasons. but Hawaiian (hope I spelled that right..) was really helpful so for her I would for sure give a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐...”

Not only are they flexible with your schedule but totally understanding of your day to day Family commitments. As long as you know your Cardiac rhythms they are willing to give you a shot. Also you have to be a professional in regards to your work ethics. Simply wonderful place. Love it.”
“The lady who did my blood work was super nice. Her name was Julia and she was awesome. I have a fear of needles and she helped me by keeping my mind off of it. Since I graduated high school she kept my mind off the needle by asking me what I wanted to go into when I go into college. I said that I did want to go into the health department and become a respiratory therapist but Covid kept me away from that idea. She said that I should not let that stop me and I should do what I love. I loved how she wanted me to not give up what I wanted to go into and she was so good with putting the needle in. Highly recommend her. ❤️❤️❤️”
