“This was second time using this location for my rental needs and Tre was fantastic! She had a glowing personality and was eager to help. When I picked up my rental it was a Honda CRV she apologized for no sedans and said they would call if one came available. Told her not to worry because whatever she gave me that day would be what I would keep until I got my car back. The gas refilling charge was $2.98 a gallon, much cheaper than the $3.68 a gallon at shell. Overall another excellent experience with Enterprise!”

I've had to extend my vehicle many times and she is brilliant about making sure my needs are taken care of thru my rental process. She provides A PLUS customer service , when you rent one of her vehicles you can rest assured this company makes things smooth and easy. An additional note here on a personal level, she listened to my rant about why I needed a vehicle ASAP and this is unheard of these days! I felt like a person and not a bottom dollar. “No problems. Fast & easy! Inside the airport, quick walk to car. Customer service representatives were friendly! No problems receiving my car after normal hours because they have someone working during certain hours after close for Avelo flights. Drop off was a little further away. Need to follow signs for drop off can be confusing. 7 passenger SUV did not have much trunk space.”

“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”

“Visiting from out of town and my first Zipcar experience in DC area. The instructions to find the car are pretty detailed. App makes it very easy to make reservations. I did have trouble booking a one way trip so ended doing a round trip instead. I also couldn't figure out how to give the car to valet since I had to lock it. Other than that, it was convenient, easy and gave me a car for a half day to run errands. Very helpful to have in the city”

“Came here after an awful experience at Enterprise nearby. Shanice was extremely professional and pleasant, she had the car that was promised to us, made sure it was clean and sanitized, and spent the time to orient us to vehicle operation. Most importantly, she treated us with respect and smiles in total contrast to the other rental company! I suggest anyone looking at reviews here disregard the previous negative reviews as they are very old.”
