“Absolutely fantastic folks! I went to check out some engagement ring styles a few months ago and Sam was amazingly helpful. They spent plenty of time helping me compare stones and setting styles and the follow-up was fantastic. My now-fiancée then worked with Sam to build a made-to-order June ring that's absolutely stunning. It's even more beautiful than I expected and the stone that ECJ picked is gorgeous. My ring is so unique but classic at the same time. Even though our order was relatively small by custom jewelry standards, they treated us wonderfully and never tried to push us toward spending more than we planned. We ended up coming in under budget and totally happy. I can't recommend the Emily Chelsea team enough!”

“Went to get some repairs done for the first time after finding them on Google. The staff was all around great, very fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped repair my gold chain beyond what I was expecting, and even returned it cleaner than the day I bought it. I also had a Movado watch band that needed a simple repair and even though it was simple, it required an expert to make it. They told me if they couldn't fix it, they would pass it to someone who could, and they did. Everything was done in a timely manner and prices were super fair. I even bought a coin from their selection while I waited. Definitely recommend all around. Thanks Jay's Jewelers”

“Was in the market for a new timepiece, specifically black and silver with a black alligator leather band plus a chronograph. Walked into Jay Roberts and started talking to Jerry who is a great guy. He showed me what they currently had in the store and then gave me a few books to take home and look over, plus to look at the website so they could order a watch for me. Spoke to him a day later and said I had 2 in mind, and he said he could get them next week. I did call back a day later and told him to order me only 1 which was no issue since he hadn't placed the order for both yet. We did speak to the price before placing the order and I was very happy at the discount I received, and completely satisfied! The watch came in much quicker than I was told, which was another plus. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I met some very nice people during my visits. A big shout out to Jerry for the outstanding service!I'll be back during the holidays.”
“I had a ring appraised recently and it was a quick and straight forward process. I called ahead of time with the GIA report number and then came in with the ring later that day. Was there for maybe 30 minutes and left with the appraisal letter. Larry was really pleasant to work with and didn't (seem to) mind my son climbing all over the seats while we waited. I'd definitely come here again for an appraisal or if i find myself in the market for a diamond (ha ha, I wish!).”

“Abby was incredible! She seemed invested in designing the perfect ring for my fiance, which sometimes meant suggesting a less expensive option that would be better fit for the design. The result was perfect and we came in a little under budget. She was very responsive throughout the process and I felt comfortable the whole time.
They also had a really high quality selection of diamonds. Some other spots I’ve gone to it’s felt like I was seriously compromising on something with each stone, but all those stones I was shown here were well-balanced and I felt like I couldn’t go wrong.
They also offer 1 free resizing, free cleanings and give you a little pocket sized box that came in handy for the proposal. I highly recommend them and will be back for wedding bands.”

While there might be fewer vendors present, you'll still have various items to choose from.My only gripe with the place was that while I was looking at stuff and looking them up on my phone, the woman in the cashier area asked me if I was writing a review for my blog.
