I couldn't be happier, I was treated like family. I highly recommend them for not only the jewelry in the case but for custom one of a kind designs! He also did some VERY delicate repair work on an heirloom piece that only a fine craftsman could do. My grandmother would have been VERY pleased!!!!!”

“I had the most wonderful experience today at A beautiful touch boutique. Dorene and Cherie are the best!!! Genuine, nice and helpful. Very friendly. Dorene was patient and helped me pick out a ton of stuff today! And Cherie also helped, and packaged everything beautifully! As a plus size girl, I am always nervous about lingerie but they had a very nice selection for plus size women too. I was able to pick out everything left for my October wedding. Last up will be our wedding bands soon! I got a beautiful jewelry set (necklace, earrings, and bracelet), a veil, and a lingerie set including a beautiful lace robe. “For Mother's Day I got a necklace. I have wanted this necklace for about a year now. I was so excited when my husband took it home but I soon found out it was to small. We went to the Cherry Hill Mall today specifically to buy an extender. Unfortunately, we soon found out they don't sell extenders for this necklace. I had to instead return it :( with the refund I did pick out charms for my bracelet. 285.00 worth. The woman Leioni was such a pleasure. She was helpful and friendly, kind, and patient. I asked if I could get my bracelets cleaned. And a nice gentleman did come over and he took my information. This bracelet is really hard to take off so my husband took it off like he usually does and we hand it over. The gentleman took it into the back and cleaned it and he came back with it in a bag. And I took it out to put it on and right away I saw Leioni notice the same thing I did that this bracelet was no longer closing and clicking. It was to the point this bracelet would of fell right off and I would of lost charms and bracelet. She calls the gentleman over and he sees the same thing. He pulled another bracelet out and at first he did say it would be 75.00 and I explained how my bracelet was fine before I arrived. I wasn't even coming in for charms that I only got these charms because they didn't sell any extenders. He gave me the brand new bracelet at no charge. Pandora stands by their word and their jewelry and they will have a forever customer with me. Leioni you rock!! I'll be back due to the amazing customer service you provided.”
