All due to Morgan, an employee who really goes above and beyond. She is always so kind and helpful, everytime I have visited this location. And like all TJ Max it's jammed packed racks of clothes but I always find something worth my effort (shifting the racks). “Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. Huge huge thank you to the two kind associates going above and beyond in customer service!! Very much appreciated!”

I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”
