“I liked the customer service and the way I was greeted when I walked in . Thank God we made it just before the storm ! The cash wrap associate was very helpful and he went above and beyond when I was applying for a store credit card to make sure my verification for fraud was complete.I liked trying on 2 dresses ? and found some items on sale too !I am grateful for a pleasant experience. I use to be an associate back in 1999 so I know what it's like to treat customers right and feel welcomed from being a greeter to the fitting room ! ☺”

“JCPenney's is one of the most accommodating stores on a budget that I have ever shopped in. The customer service goes above and beyond every time I go into a store. The price point for the quality is above expectation and the salon and the Beauty department always meet my needs. I love going to Jcpenney so much I ended up working for them. Best job I've ever had and I would tell everybody to go get a JCPenney card and check us out. I walked in as a customer, and walked out as an employee.”

“This Gymboree has friendly staff and usually a good sale section. They are located on the lower level of the mall on the JC Penny Side. It is similar sized to the Gymboree in Marlton. I find that this store is great for formal dresses and warmer attire. The clothes wash well and last better as hand me downs than other retail chains.”

“I must say after seeing the review I was very skeptical about going here, but this place has been everything!! I love how this company does things. I was redeemed place cash doubled after spending just $48 bucks for this holiday season and you can apply multiple to your purchase online and in store, that's amazing!! Also, when I went into the store I found a dress for my daughter's and the associate who rung me up override the price for me!! GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will be a returning customer!”
