9 Mill St, Paterson“This is the best apartment in town. It's new, clean, and very safe with 24/7 security service. They have plenty of guest parking. The apartment is new, spacious and has high quality appliances. The services, such as mail delivery or maintenance services are excellent. Most of the service requests are done on the same day. Very caring and professional office staff. I had a lot of difficulties in the beginning in the online application process, but Stiben, Lisa and Brittany made is so simple! I think the service Lisa and Stiben provides is exceptional. They are very professional and caring. We love this apartment mainly because of the security, cleanliness, maintenance and the office staff (Lisa and Stiben). They are the best!”
“Our time at The James was amazing! Everyone is friendly to one another and there is definitely a calm and relaxing vibe. The staff at The James is one of the best reasons to stay at The James. Maritza and Millie are so cool, friendly, and helpful. They make you feel like family. The maintenance crew is also great! Overall, a great place to call home if you choose to do so.”
“Initially I planned on leaving a different review but life is about perspective, you can focus on the good things or let the negative have a hold on you.
The front desk staff is as professional as you can get. Nafis, Chris and I forget the name of their colleague who’s sits adjacent to them my apologies, have always been good to me. They are kind, courteous and willing to assist on all counts.
I would like to thank Nafis Wright and highlight his work ethic on making sure my stay was as comfortable as it could be. Without Nafis I would have left a review slightly lower but due to his professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to assist on ALL NEEDS I truly am grateful. Thank you Nafis for always assisting me during my residency.
My only complaint is they charged me for a cleaning fee after I moved out which was a first. I cleaned thoroughly but still had to pay to prepare for the next tenant which someone has to pay. Also there is a shuttle to Secaucus Junction in the Am that’s consistent , take advantage of this free service. In the Pm it’s not so reliable.”

168 Richfield Ter. Ste A, Clifton“Having had a few issues in the past with maintenance, Hristijan was delightful. He comes in and does the job quick and well. Kind, respectful, and professional. He came in and noticed things that I didn't even think of.
Dawn has also been very helpful. Having had some issues previously with maintenance, she's been very patient and understanding with my anxieties and has been very helpful and on top of things. Praying that this continues moving forward. Safe to say, I'm very please with the maintenance department so far this year.”

“After the recent earthquake, my bathroom door needed to be repaired. The super, Gilberto, did a great job! When I returned home later in the day, the door was completely fixed and there was no sign of any activity....the work and cleanup were well above my expectations!”

40 Conger St, Bloomfield“Our 2/2 is super spacious with plenty of closets. The terrace faces NYC and the park, which creates a great space for outdoor seating and entertaining. The neighbors are pleasant and we have never had an issue or noise complaint. The location is PERFECT!!!For sure the building is dated and is in need of some updates, but overall, for the price we paid, we are super happy.”

The property is maintained well and you cannot beat the amenities or location! Kameel, the maintenance guy, introduced himself immediately and is readily available whenever I have questions. Everyone from the leasing office to the concierge team has been friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier about my decision to rent here.”
“The property is beautifully maintained year-round by resident Manager, Carlos. Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash.Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed.I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.”
“This place is amazing! Anwar helped us with everything when we moved in. I Love the area and convenience of all the stores and walking area is super helpful. No one bothers you and no issues with anyone. The maintenance is on point and whatever you need they do it ASAP. This place is perfect for young couples!”

“Renewing our lease with Metro Meridia for the 3rd year. So far we have enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests have been attended to and issues get fixed right away.
The only drawback we have is our apartment is above the gym, and tenants who workout are sometimes not mindful with the loud sound created when weights are dropped on the floor. It keeps us awake late at night or awakens us too early in the morning.
Some tenants do not clean after their pets that urine and feces are left at the stairwell, and left for the cleaning staff to clean.
Overall, our experience with the MetroMeridia has been great, despite the very slow elevators. Communications to tenants have been timely.”

But best of all and no doubt about it is Mr Ramel, SUPER “super” who is mussel and soul of this complex , gentleman who love his job and people around him , man who’s able to make your day with one simple but honest “good morning “.

2100 Summer Hill Rd, Wayne“I moved in 6 months ago and so far I like it. I moved from an apartment that I lived in for over 40 years in Passaic. I moved because Wayne is nicer and I am getting older and there is an elevator and a washer and dryer on each floor and my own thermostat. The activities are great and it’s peaceful and the office staff and the neighbors are great people. Hopefully I will be here for a very long time as well”

Private walkway by the River. Bus to NYC and Transfer station right in the building. Close to most Highways, Airport etc. Friendly staff. Security and safe covered parking and much more. Perfect to Rent from owners or to Buy. Condos are spacious, quiet and offer great views. I own it for 23 years and love it.”

From application to move in arrangements, Management staff has done a great job welcoming me to the building - cookies were a sweet bonus! All furniture delivery arrangements have been fast and easy. The concierge staff is always friendly and helpful. The few concerns I've had have been addressed promptly with follow-up check-ins. So far, it's an amazing building to live in!”

“It will be 3 years in July living here & I have really enjoyed living here . However, at least 4 months ago the water temperature in my shower has been very inconsistent. I have had maintenance here and also called several times because water temperature is not good. Taking a cold shower at night and especially in thr morning is not fun.”
