Durim was at my place to fix my door lock. He was knowledgeable, pretty quick and pleasant. Very good attitude and friendly. Made the work to be done easier and pleasant.

I'm happy that the guy that the maintenance office sent today(Thursday , jan 25th'24) to fix the issues has done a very good job , if i'm not mistaken his name is Durim .He is very helpful ,thank you .I wish they will send this same person again the next time i call maintenance.
