“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”
“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“The owner of this Boost store in Bloomfield is always very helpful with our family plan changes and phone upgrades. I have never had an issue there after at least 10 years of service and would highly recommend getting your Boost phones, accessories and service from there. “So I went to T-Mobile at Time Square. I was expecting a difficult time. In such a busy place it can be hard to get an associate to assist you. Well my experience today could not have been further than my presumption. Upon arrival I was met by Angel a floor manager. My iPhone 13 Pro port has not been working for months. I feared I would have to upgrade. Angel took my phone and immediately began an inspection. She personally cleaned the port area and after 5 mins with her my phone is now charging as good as the day I got it. So please regional managers recognize Angel and her exemplary service. I even offered to pay for her services and she graciously denied me with a smile. 20 plus year customer of T-Mobile and I am grateful and satisfied. I hope this review finds it's way to her next review.”

“In February, out of my frustration with AT&T, I walked into TMobile, and Ben came to my rescue. He took his time to help me, and even when we had an issue unlocking the phone, he was patient and kind. He has wonderful customer service skills, is very communicative, and made sure he signed me up with all the necessary T-Mobile apps. Give him a raise. Cheers to you!! Great employee.
