“We finally decided to upgrade our phones and visited this Verizon store last Friday as it’s close from our house. Mr. Smerlyn took cake of us everything including the transfer of data from old phone to new one. It was such a pleasant experience. It’s located in a small shopping square and lots of parking spaces. I highly recommend!”

“After dealing with an ISP who has a huge monopoly on the Brooklyn market for almost a decade and finally getting fed up with the lack of quality and customer support, I decided to switch to Honest.At first I was apprehensive, as we usually don’t get many options for who our providers are. The speeds seemed too good to be true, and everything my neighbors said was great.However Honest delivered everything they said they would in a fast, considerate, and genuinely caring way.I was able to make an appointment for internet install for the same day I started looking, used a referral code from a neighbor so my first month was only $25. I called to confirm it was actually happening in a matter of hours, and I immediately got a real person on the phone who was super helpful and confirmed.Andy B. Was my installer and he was so nice, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about their service.I’m a software engineer and I work from home making a lot of video content, and I also play a lot of video games on the PC so speed and connectivity is really important to me. After he installed, we did a speed test and he determined there was something bad with (I think) the cat 5 port pins and fully replaced it. Next speed test we ran was 300mbps up / down on my WiFi and NEARLY 1 GIG on wired. I was blown away. I was also able to use my own modem and router and didn’t need to rent anything.I can’t believe how seamless it was, but the attention to detail and genuine care for the product and customer have absolutely made me a HUGE advocate for anyone considering the switch. Honest is…. honest!”
“This Verizon Store has been a life saver for me. Reshma goes above and beyond to help her customers. I originally went to a Verizon store in Grand Central and the rep there completely screwed up my account. She signed me up for a bunch of addons on all my phone lines (Hulu and mobile hotspots) where each addon cost me $10 a month. I was about to cancel my Verizon service, but luckily I went to this Verizon store and Reshma helped solve all my problems. She worked with a Verizon rep on the phone for over an hour!! It really shows that she cares.”

The kindness and patience he showed my mother in law tonight was what every company should aspire to have every employee posses. The store itself was very clean and very conveniently located in the other staff that we encountered were very kind and friendly as well however… He was truly such a rockstar. I slipped him a note when we entered about how I wanted to add my mother-in-law to my phone plan and did not want her to know the price of anything as she has been going through an extremely difficult time and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I had just lost my phone, and after they calmed me down, they immediately started working on my replacement. It felt like a speed dial!!!!!! I was provided options and prices.
