I had already had a bad experience at the Clifton office, but luckily for me they have made changes and there is a new manager who I had the opportunity to be assisted by. She, in the best way, very professional and polite, made an appointment for me with a representative named Cinthya, her attention is 10/10, very attentive and polite, she helped me take the services that best suited my needs. So if you check the comments before going, don't be afraid. This branch has made positive changes. There is new staff and the manager is a very efficient and polite person.”

I visited the branch and came in contact with a wonderful woman named Marilyn C. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get it fixed. She also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was able to login. After attempting to log in and another unsuccessful attempt she again went above and beyond to help me until the problem was resolved! I highly recommend them at this branch! Phenomenal staff!
