“Today (July 3rd 2020) , I opened 3 accounts at great promotional rates. It took me 10-15 minutes to do so. The lady at the counter was very nice and professional. Justyna was quick, up to the point and knowledgeable. My only regret was that I have not done this earlier. Keep up good work!”

“It looks lovely & large, but why when Kearny Bank financed the building of this project, didnt you consider your clients & put handicap spots & sidewalk cutaways by bank instead of just the other end. I almost got hurt trying to use the atm. A drivethru atm would have been nice too.”

“A branch that is friendly, willing to help and courteous. It starts with Angela, the door greeter and a great teller. Helps you out with any account questions and will let you know wait times incase its really busy. Rich helped me out with moving and opening up savings and checking accounts. Sure he'll try to sell you on upgrading credit cards to try and make a sale, but hes only helping you out and trying to get you a better card than what you already have. Even though its tough hearing through a mask and through the plexiglass he explains everything and makes sure youre getting the best deal. Saturday hours open till 2. Good for customers but feel bad for the employees. Hope they get some good compensation for working later than other banks on Saturdays”
