Arrogant and snobby staff. If you don't "look like money" they won't even acknowledge your presence. If you don't want a sales job working weekends, choose a different career path.

Worst customer experience to date. We fully furnished our new home - Roche Bobois being one of the companies we used. From delivery down to answering basic questions on how to clean, has been nothing but a headache and the staff are rude and not helpful.
