“I like shopping at this Old Navy. It’s usually not busy and they have a lot of nice clothes that I can wear to work (business casual). My definition of business casual includes jeans. The staff here is very friendly and the mall is very nice and quiet. Even on Saturday, not crowded like the nearby garden state.”

“As a HUGE Under Armour fan and as someone who has worked in Retail for many years , I have to say I had one of the BEST experiences in this location. This location is brand new to Garden State Plaza & I was overly impressed with the AMAZING customer service! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was approached by a very informative associate who gave me a quick overview of how the store was set up. Unfortunately I had limited time to shop so it was somewhat of a quick visit, but I was also able to have a great conversation with the cashier who was also extremely friendly during the entire transaction. “The most amazing staff! I've been looking for jeans forever, but have had no luck until now. Found a great pair, but they were way too long. The staff offered other options, but only the long ones fit comfortably. Then the staff told me about their free hemming service, but the problem was it would take too long. I'm visiting family from overseas, and I'd be flying home the day the pants would be available again. The staff called their tailor and arranged for her to come earlier in time for me to get them before going home! I could not believe how accommodating they were! Thank you so much for your help. “Lines can be a bit long with only two cashiers but there are people on the floor who are helpful as well almost makes it all worth the wait when you get up to waiting on the lines. Everyone is always looking for a deal and you can definitely find them here. Keep in mind that the gap does price adjustments for up to two weeks after your purchase just hold on to your receipt”
“What an incredible experience! I’m in love with American Eagle in Garden State Plaza and their amazing staff is the reason why. I happened to need a cowgirl outfit for one of my sister’s celebrations before her wedding. I needed a cowgirl outfit for this bridal shower celebration. The staff was so, so helpful and kept bringing me all kinds of outfits to try on to find the perfect outfit for my event. They found the cutest outfit which I absolutely adored and everyone at the event. They had me feeling like a celebrity! Too cute and adorable! Everyone was just so helpful and friendly; willing to go the extra mile to make sure you left happy. I ended up getting another outfit as well. I even opened the American Eagle credit card and I usually say no when I am asked. So American Eagle, I don’t know what you are doing to train your employees or you must be treating them super well, because I have not received this type of service at a retail store in a long time; whatever it is keep doing it. Here are all the amazing staff members that helped me get the perfect outfit for my sister’s rodeo event on 5/29/2024: Alycia, Laudelis, San, Alexis, Eduardo, and Elizabeth. Thank you so much. “This store has good inventory, with discounted price on most items. Clothing, shoes, watches, bags, accessories, perfumes are majority part of the store. It’s pretty tidy and organized. Sections are easily identifiable.

“This is a nice clean TH outlet store. Lots of discounts and sale prices available on clothing, accessories, shoes, wallet, belts, socks. There are women, men and kids section. Fitting rooms available. Associates are around to help customers while they also continuously work keeping the store tidy. Checkouts are usually fast. They add or remove additional associates from counter based on number of customers in the line.
The only downside for me is this outlets inventory is not as good. They don’t keep as much variety like some of the bigger TH outlet stores I have been to.”

“came in with my pup after doing some quick google research finding out that yes i can bring her in, awesome experience and everyone adored her, will definitely be coming back even if its just to have a quick little walk around the store ?( side note: i will add that as dog owners, please always keep in mind to make sure your pup / dog is ready for store trips, there will be other ppl, kids, dogs possibly and one wrong incident may ruin it for others, accidents obviously may happen but a well behaved doggo reflects on you as the owner 9 times out of 10 ? )”
