“This place exist. There's an actual store in NJ. I went recently for a pickup. The item I ordered was cut tight and not in stock in a size up option. The item was a Final Sale non-refundable. I didn't have to argue with the attendant at the counter. When she noticed the item was too small she immediately facilitated a refund. I ordered the next size up online and it will arrive today.
