“Can’t say enough good things about this place! I stopped in yesterday (Friday Feb 16). Salesperson was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. “This has been our family pharmacy for decades. It is our "go-to" for immunization, prescriptions, medical supplies and even paper towels! The staff has gone out of its way to help us in tough times. The owner's name is Joe and he is unfailingly kind a patient. Gives pain free shots. There is a tall brunette woman who is also a pharmacist and she too is excellent. “As a small business entrepreneur (homeschool), I searched for a place that would do small printing jobs for myself and my student's uniform. I wanted quality at a reasonable price! I couldn't have asked for a better place than at Jay's Uniform (Union City, NJ). As my business grew and my logo simplified from color to just black and white, Jay's Uniform was there to work their magic - they placed the M with the halo on the front of the shirts and the full logo with phone number on the back. “Such a wonderful experience! I’ve been using medical supplies my whole life and this store was the best I’ve ever been to. Didn’t blink at me being such a young catheter user either, which I really appreciate cause I normally get gawked at. I was so comfortable and got what I needed.”
“The anesthetics of the store are rather pleasing, open layouts rendering a customer friendly shopping experience. The staff are friendly and diligent. I called about whether they had a particular DME item. They did the most logical thing (i.e. if you are a good retailer) and went out and searched thier inventory. After they confirmed that item was in stock, it politely advised to come before closing time. Which I did do and found the item in store. When I turned up at the register they recognized the item and pulled out the item from behind the counter and said "you're the one that called..." Furthermore, they helped me confirm that it was the right size. All these things are rather small, simple and easy stuff. However, as a pharmacist, I can say that you would be surprised how many organizations can't duplicate that of service.”
