“The best customer service in NYC. Sadly, so many of the comments revolve around pepper/mace spray. TM, who complained about the cost should have refused to pay the price, they would have refunded him immediately. This Chemist is about so much more than idiot spray. They contact my Drs. and resolve any issues I may have. Their delivery service is free and to the door. Their counter staff are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't use any other pharmacy.”

“Grand Avenue Pharmacy is a reliable neighborhood pharmacy. The employees and pharmacist are professional, friendly, and helpful. They process everything quickly. You should be out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I've been coming here for over a year now. I've had an experience where my insurance was no longer valid during that time. The pharmacist ended up giving me the manufacturer's price (the price the pharmacy pays for the prescription) since my insurance did not work. Another time, they ordered me a new insurance card since my old card was no longer working. I used to get my prescriptions from CVS, but surprisingly, the local CVS was out of my prescription. I've never experienced that situation with this pharmacy.”
