“A few days ago I stopped by Lester Glenn Ford to view a truck that was listed on their website. I was greeted by Brian and informed the truck was actually at a different location (which was my fault because it was listed that way on the website). Brian went the extra mile and had the truck brought to the Lester Glenn Ford location that day for me to look at. After checking it out, I went home and slept on it, ultimately deciding I wanted it and hoping it was still available. I went back to the dealership but Brian was off and the truck had already been returned to the other dealership. Another team member told me they’d be unable to return the truck due to being short staffed. I contacted Brian and let him know what was going on. Brian was able to get the truck reserved and returned back for me the next day. He was super friendly and made the entire process seamless, ultimately ensuring the truck was mine. Mitch, the General Manager, also gave me a personal phone call ensuring the truck would be held for me until it returned to their dealership. I highly recommend Brian for anyone looking for a truly stress-free and enjoyable car-buying experience.”
