“So I have waited to see the end result but after 1000 miles I have to say that the quality of workmanship is beyond reproach. I have a Ford Diesel with 250000 miles and had a catastrophic engine failure. I was recommended to Rays from another mechanic in town because they would not touch the job. I sat down with Ray and he outlined my options and costs along with his recommendations, man this guy knows diesels. After discussion, we decided to change the entire engine which was the best return on investment. Once the engine arrived Ray and Hunter worked the issue and got me back on the road. No issues noted and have 1000 miles I am going strong. Hats off to Christine at the front desk for coordinating the whole thing!! It turned out to be a GREAT first experience with this shop, I think I have found the elusive Honest Mechanic! Thanks Ray and Team!!”

“When we moved back up to Monmouth county we never thought about who we would take our car to if we needed to. But after my husband and his friend had a conversation about honest,good mechanics, D&V came up. We dropped it off Saturday morning, my husband spoke to the owner's son and he was very honest about the fact that it wouldn't be able to be worked on till Monday because most parts stores were closed for the weekend. When we called back on Monday it was done and ready to go. They were very polite, answer the phone in a timely manner, and as far as getting your car worked on, I think anyone is apprehensive nowadays, you don't have to be with them. They are fair in their prices and they do a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them . Thank you for taking such good care of our car”

“Not only do they have a legitimate aftermarket stock auto parts, of all types & for all major makes and models of vehicles but you will spend close to HALF the price if you were to go to a dealership or any other mechanic in the local area (that I have looked into myself, personally, anyway). My favorite aspect of this shop, in particular, happens to be that they guarantee all of their work so if something goes wrong with the replaced or fixed part, whatever time limit they have agreed-upon; depending on the price points and work you got done, you get it repaired, again, completely for free (just in case you didn't know/fully understand what "our work is fully guaranteed" means). Not to mention take a look at the picture, which is also incentive as to why I made this post in the first place (: Trust me, you want to come here!”

“I went through a drive through business and hit a concrete pole which scraped my car in 5 areas and also indented a small area in the lower side of my car... I left and drove around and stopped at 2 local collision repair businesses and these people at both places quoted me between $1,200-1,500 for the total repair... I left both places not happy thinking these quotes were Highway robbery.... I drove a bit more and ran into Impact Body Repair and a gentleman by the name of Lou, came out and looked at it and quoted me $600-800 and guaranteed his work.... He also proceeded to spend atleast 30 minutes buffing out all the scratches and got all but 2 out and filled in the dent area and put some anti-rust formula on the dent area that he filled and the two scrapes that were left and said "if and when you decide to fix the car, you will not have to worry about any rusting"....I was very thankful and asked him what did I owe him... He said nothing at all... I said are you sure and he said absolutely and said "my pleasure".... I was in awe of his expertise, but most of all his kindness and generosity!... I highly recommend Impact and the very nice gentleman named Lou....”

He was a pro in getting the completely disabled car onto the flatbed without damage and brought us over to the charging station. Neither of us knew where to start with recharging a dead Tesla, but he was kind enough to stick around for another 20 minutes after dropping us at the charger to help figure out how to get restarted.The pricing was beyond fair for his efforts and it gives piece of mind knowing this company is around the areaThis company is not roadside service for changing tires on the side of the road, they are strictly for a tow and they are Pro’s at it”
