“Dropped in for 9:30am weekday class. I followed email prompt on website for drop ins. Owner got back to me immediately and gave me all the information I needed to drop in. Made it very easy.
As for the class and facilities…
TOP NOTCH. Temperature today is supposed to hit 100 plus humidity. They had the garage doors closed and the AC was on! I was extremely pleased to have that courtesy today. The space was huge, open, clean, and all quality equipment to train on.
Coach Jake was very welcoming, as well as the members. I felt right at home in this class. Coach Jake went over the warmups as well as workout instruction with a watchful eye. I have not done SDHP in a long time, his instruction hit all the key points for us.
I very much look forward to an opportunity to drop into CrossFit Cedar Grove again.”

“I transitioned to OTF Wayne from my previous gym a few months ago - I needed a more affordable, more rigorous program. Needless to say, the rigor was not too much to ask of OTF. I was intimidated at first but have come to deeply enjoy this gym. I've been a "light" runner for 20 years, but never truly enjoyed the process...until now. The OTF program and the Wayne coaches are encouraging, fun, genuine and incredibly upbeat. Not only do I enjoy running now, but I've experienced gains in my pace and my endurance that I have not experienced (as a runner) since I was much younger. This place is excellent, and I'm grateful that I tried something new. 10/10 recommend.”

Denise is focused on you as an individual, your goals and tailors the experience to just what you need for your goals and for each individual session. “I can’t recommend Body by Juli enough!Woman-owned and all of the trainers are women, awesome ones at that! I work regularly with Jamie, who is fantastic! It’s been two months and I’ve built a lot of muscle! She pays attention to my progress and is very mindful of setting goals and keeping to them. The owner Juli is very organized, mindful and works with my schedule as needed. There are many classes to choose from as well. There is a supportive and friendly community in this gym! As a woman, I really appreciate the intimacy of the one on one personal training in a facility where there is so much privacy. This has been life changing for me and I’m more than confident that I will reach my goals and shift myself into a lifestyle of consistent fitness with the support of these amazing women!”

“I started at the Rack in August of 2016 at their old location in Paramus. I have tried other types of gyms but consistently find myself coming back to this one. CrossFit has challenged me in so many ways to become a stronger individual, not only physically but mentally. I have learned to do things I never thought I would ever be capable of. Moreover, this community has become like family to me. They are my support system and i enjoy my time with them so much. They are one of the main reasons I stay so consistent. The members and coaches at CrossFit the Rack are an amazing group of people. I am so glad I found them.”

“So I joined this gym a day ago after taking a tour with Nick…I was looking for the “next level” gym…. I’ve loved lifting since I was in high school but recent health issues kept from walking let alone lifting. I was given the all clear roughly a month ago and joined the first place I found…fine gym but missing human connection and looked and felt like all the cookie cutter gyms, equipped with the same gear nothing more nothing less. After going for about a month 5-6 days a week, I started looking for what I really wanted…I found Fitness 19 in midland and was hooked after playing around with the 3d tour…. This place is anything but basic top tier gear, multiples of everything, and clean, new functioning equipment. They have I body scans, great locker rooms and Nick and the team are constantly adding to it…I’m excited about the upcoming sauna and red light therapy! But the one thing this place has that’s really special are the people…the staff I met are professional, kind and genuinely love what they do and truly want to help and get to know you. If you’re starting out or a “veteran” fitness buff you owe it to yourself to check out Fitness 19 Midland….next level gym at a unbelievable price!!!”

“Okay, so where do I begin! This review is long overdue, but it feels like I just started yesterday. Orange theory fitness in Totowa is like my third home besides work and my actual home. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and very professional. You show up about 15 minutes before your first class to fill out paperwork, nothing drastic, and meet the coach. Staff explain everything in detail and treat you like a human, not a number. If they don't know the answer, they will get back to you. I was asking a lot of questions, but they didn't rush me, nor made me feel obligated to commit. After my first class, I got addicted, from the warm up to the ambiance to the availability!
Now, the coaches they are simply extraordinary. All of them are great, super attentive, knowledgeable, funny, patient, and active listeners, and you can tell they love what they do!
OTF isn't a miracle fitness center you have to put in the work! As for someone with underlined health issues, the coaches always find a way to accommodate. They don’t over or under estimate my ability. You must make the coaches aware of any restrictions and challenges so you can work on them together. It's been over a year, and I am grateful to have an Orange Theory family.”

“Very clean and operational establishment, with a couple slight improvements needed. All equipment here is fully functional at the time of this writing. Also, the 30 minute circuit area still exists in this location, with no signage citing a future equipment replacement, should that fit your interest.
While they were prompt in addressing the toilet paper drought I brought to their attention in the men’s locker room, they should have been more proactive with this instead of hanging out and texting at the front desk.
Additionally, the black card area doesn’t have a door. It’s difficult to relax when hearing weights and other typical gym background noises. The franchise should definitely invest in remediating this, especially since this is not an issue at their other locations within this franchise.”

“Freak Strength is the best. I have been following the coaches since I was an athlete in high school and am now in my 30s. All are extremely knowledgeable and are great at making modifications, pushing you when you need it and assisting with current injuries or helping with prevention.
