Associate at this post office stole one of my packages. Upon proof of delivery the name used was “metro” and the address they wrote on the confirmation was to an office building. The location then refused to provide me the managers info. Unreal practices.

Never seen this much incompetence under one roof. I’d say more but it would only come out in “F” bombs. ?

Terrible! The worst customer service experience ever! Starting with manager and finishing with employees. Very sad usps!
