“The staff in this particular store are like family. They are part of the community. They are attentive, looking to give you the best solutions to your shipping and printing needs. They are fast and efficient and patient. The store is spotless and is a reliable location for all of your personal and business related needs.They deal with a lot of Amazon returns and that can be a difficult part of business because it is confusing to many people and easy to misunderstand. I think that when we have been in and not had customer packaging or have had issues with our return codes they were pretty helpful and patient with us. They try and quickly move through the line and juggle people who are struggling with return codes to move along with those who have it teed up already.I have found that Jay is always helpful in making suggestions to my printing needs and is willing to take feedback and try again if it isn't what I was looking for. Additionally he always gives me all the best and most cost effective and fast shipping options for my organizations needs.Overall I find this place to be very helpful and reliable for all of my personal and business needs.”

“I had sensitive medical equipment that had to be packed urgently in time for donation to Israel on a chartered flight that the local community had arranged. I stopped at the UPS Store in Englewood first. Even though the store was busy, and he was the only person on duty, he managed to quickly and professionally pack some of the equipment, securely wrapping it for air travel. He did not have a box big enough in the store for other pieces, so he found another local UPS store - the one in Tenafly - and confirmed that they had the correct size available and directed me there. When I arrived at the Tenafly store, I initially asked if I could just buy the packing material and wrap it myself in the store, as I was in a bit of a rush by then. (There was a deadline to get the equipment onto the flight.) The salesman informed me that self in-store packing wasn't normally offered at that location. He then asked me what the equipment was for, and when I told him that it was needed to help EMS services in Israel, he answered "I'll pack it for you right now." And he did, carefully and efficiently. And then he helped me load everything into my car. All the while, his colleague in the store deftly managed the other costumers, ensuring that no one was inconvenienced. I am deeply grateful to your employees for going above and beyond to help me get critical life saving equipment to people who need it. Their caring and compassion is truly commendable.”

“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

Thanks to them we were able to printout table seating, baby shower games and other activities. They were so incredibly helpful and they helped ensure I got the best pricing for everything. Also the store is fully stocked and we were able to get everything we need right in the store, ie acrylic holders for sign, poster boards etc. We can’t recommend this Staples enough! “This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”
