“Excellent place to buy natural and artificial flowers on the spot or order ahead for occasions. Natural flowers have several variety, all priced differently. I was able to get a bouquet of roses, lilies, and sunflowers, all wrapped and bowed within 10 minutes. The store has small section for cards and gift items. The store keeps a large collection for seasonal occasions like thanksgiving and Christmas.”

“We get our Christmas tree from here every year. It seems to stay fresh a while and we like that they are hanging so you can get a good look. All year they have very good & interesting jarred salsas and sauces and amazing produce. Also probably have the best selection of house plants and potting materials in the area.”

“Best orchid store in the NYC/NJ area! They sell both common orchids (Phalenopsis each with stem(s) full of large beautiful flowers) and less common orchids (eg Brassia, dendrobium, lady slipper, and more) - all of highest quality. The staff is super friendly and helpful, addressing all my orchid questions/concerns while I was in store and after I got home with my new orchids. This store apparently has been in business in the same location for 20+ years, with the owners also having a greenhouse somewhere close by. We will be back.”

“I'm a first timer here. What you'll find here is an array of unique flowers and plants. For instance hybrid geraniums, which are beautiful, but aren't ordinarily found in most farms. They also have a vegetable market and sell fresh breads, donuts and pies. The owners are super nice and very helpful.”

“We went with Nature’s Cradle for a new backyard plantings project after working with another company for the hardscape (which was a nightmare experience). Bianca was our landscape designer and she was awesome to work with. Super responsive, collaborative and just a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable of plants, seeing our vision and presenting other options if there was anything we weren’t 100% sold on. The final product turned out beautifully. We enjoy the changing interests throughout the seasons and we can’t wait to see everything continue to grow over the years.”

“I just bought a beautiful 8' Frazier Fir. The tree is very full and sheared well. The limbs are strong which is essential as I put real lighted candles on the tree.There was only a few needles that shed during the set up process. The Poinsettia's plants were very full and healthy. I come here throughout the growing season and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. This is the perfect small nursery (vs. Big Box stores) to support!”

“A charming if limited nursery and garden center. Family-owned with friendly employees. If I'm looking for a generic item (hanging basket, seasonal wreath, etc) I'm happy to come here and find a nice plant at a reasonable price.Although they do have some diversity (including a greenhouse with vegetables and herbs) I wouldn't do my start-of-summer shopping here as I don't think there's enough selection.I hear their landscaping and mulching services are top notch, but I haven't used them personally.”

Telesco worked hard for me - not only in finding a solution and fixing my expensive, beloved mower, but also in guiding the manufacturer to cover the cost. “Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service.On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”
