“What can I say about these guys that others haven't echoed? They know their stuff, are honest, courteous and have a much larger supply of higher quality lumber than any other big box store around. I needed to build a bigger deck with a combination of wood and TimberTech railings. Joe was patient and expertly helped us buy the right amount of wood and railings for the project based on our drawings. The deliveries were made as promised and were on time. Even when we needed additional materials, I was able to call in the order and pay over the phone. Start to finish, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Why would I exclusively shop at one place? The answer is quite simple. They have unbeatable prices, fast shipping, and phenomenal customer service! The company I work for has an account with them, so the prices are ridiculously cheap; there's is absolutely no comparison. Their prices are usually 20-25% cheaper than the regular retail price. They're really good about shipping. Anytime I purchase an in stock item, they'll ship it out the same day and I will usually receive it the next day. Their customer service is top notch, I usually deal with a sales rep by the name Don; Don's the best! If I have any question about something I'm not familiar with or what kind of lock would be good with a certain application, he's pretty good at making a suggestion. A couple times I needed some out of stock items expedited and he was able to get them to me fairly quick. There's also been instances when I needed a something same day and I was able to pick it up directly from them. If you're a locksmith or a technician I highly recommend you check this place out!”
