I experienced beeping internally and difficulty turning the unit on. My local store referred me to George. Starting with the first call, I knew I was in the right hands. He told me what he thought the problem was over the phone and got a technician out the next day. Again, I knew all would be fine when the technician arrived and got to work. He was very professional and patient. He listened and explained everything until I understood. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the team. Old school and the best!”

“5 stars for Donna B. in the garden department. She was probably the 5th employee that I spoke with and the only one who was willing to help me locate an item at this South Plainfield store. I was walking inside the store, back and forth from one end to the other, trying to find this item, being shown 20 in stock from the HD app but with no aisle and bin #. Donna B. was able to show me where the similar items would be, and bingo, I was able to find it. The item was all the way on the top shelf. I took a picture to zoom in so that I can confirm the item #. Then Donna B. went extra miles to get a ladder and pulled the item for me. You can forget about the first 4 employees, one of them telling me to order online but it says in stock at the store; he just didn't wanna be bothered. Home Depot should do their best to keep employees like Donna B. I am not related to Donna B. in any possible way; I go to Home Depot for DIY projects.”
