They staff is very nice and friendly. People should come here more. They have a lot of great stuff, and the stuff need more customers. By the way I buy all my electronics here. Printer, laptop, desktop, and phone. Love the quality of everything I buy, especially knowing I have Geek Squad if I ever need.”

I live in a 70 year old house and was still using the same Kenmore washer and dryer that was there when I moved in 36 years ago in 1987. When I decided to finally get a new washer/ dryer/refrigerator during the recent Black Friday Sale, Andrew was very astute making me realize that my water and gas valves no doubt needed to updated for the new washer & dryer to work smoothly without problems (or a catastrophe) and when I was overcharged inappropriately for the latter transaction by their plumber, he went that extra mile & made sure that I was appropriately reimbursed and treated fairly. His customer service was truly extraordinary. If you need the latest in new, modern, efficient appliances not only at a fantastic price, but also want personalized customer service by a person and a company of utmost integrity, I highly recommend without reservations Andrew at the Manalapan, NJ store!”

The sales rep I spoke with on the phone told me that he would issue a repair ticket and that someone would call me soon. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I was called!!! The repair person was here and solved the issue right away! What a delight to know that there is such responsive customer service at SeeMore. I highly recommend them.”

“I have to say the manager (excuse the spelling) Kaleel, saves this Home Depot location of a 1 star review. He is exceptional and from reading the other reviews it seems Home Depot needs to weed out people to have more employees like him..I had been searching for a new front door using the Home Depot ap and found the one I wanted. It said there were 2 in stock in south Plainfield so instead of buying on the ap I went directly to the store to look at the door in person. While looking for the door, I noticed a lot of their stock had dings and scratches all over them. Either way could not find the door I was looking for so asked one of the guys sitting in the door department. He searched high and low and could not find the door so told me he could place an order for it, they will search the entire store and pick the item for me and if not order another one for me. So I purchased it and went home. The next day I tried calling to see if the door was in and the phone just kept ringing. So I sent a text to the customer service chat in the Home Depot ap. That person ended up getting through to the store and she found out that they had cancelled my order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never reached out to even say they cancelled it which is the messed up part. Kaleel was very nice and called around to other stores and tried to make the situation right. I was on the phone for awhile and he said that if he could get through to the other stores he would give me a call back. Which he did.”

“I had an issue with the owner in the Plainfield location after he attempted to bully me into purchasing additional insurance that I declined numerous times. I called corporate, filed a complaint and was referred to the Perth Amboy location and referred to Ellis, the owner/store manager. This was the best thing that could’ve happened. He was very polite, courteous, and patient while he transferred all my info from the other location and even scheduled a pickup from Plainfield.. He kept in touch w/me and I had the furniture in less than a week. If you’re in the Plainfield area don’t choose that location out of convenience. Choose Ellis and the Perth Amboy location!!!”

There was hardly anything to look for, I am used to stores having a variety of items to choose from not just one section. They seemed like they were closing down soon with how empty the aisles were so maybe that is the reason it was like that but at least have a sign addressing the reason it’s so limited.”
