My experience with this company was unfortunately very unprofessional. I was made to wait for over an hour, and the receptionist displayed a poor attitude. Furthermore, she remained on her phone throughout our interaction while I was attempting to speak with her.

It started off bumpy with an inexperienced and RUDE representative (someone needs 101 customer service training), however Jessica was absolutely AMAZING and thorough! The shop was able to make miracles happen and get our car to our preferred auto body shop safely! Jessica thank you for everything! We will definitely recommend!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I waited over an hour past Avoid this company. Long wait time, unprofessional attitude, and hidden fees. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone.
