When I called to confirm their availability for an emergency repair and asked for directions, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional response I received.Upon arriving at the shop, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff. Lucy, the shop supervisor, helped me choose the right tire for my needs, while Carlos, the tire technician, was extremely friendly and efficient in his work. Additionally, an Indian gentleman offered some valuable advice on how to maintain the condition of my tires.However, the highlight of my experience was Lucy’s exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, and even convinced me to consider purchasing a new set of tires from their shop in the future, despite the fact that I live in Canada. After the repair was completed, safety was their top priority, and they ensured that I had a spotter to exit the premises safely.Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement. Even though I live far away, I will definitely return to this shop the next time I pass through the area.”

“I came in for an Envista but it was already gone. They did great at showing me other cars and features until we found the perfect for me. They even made it work for me to take the car that was on the show floor that was already set aside to be swapped.The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be that when I requested to see the leasing numbers for 10k, 12k, and 15k miles, there was hesitation and reluctance to give me the printed version of all cars I was interested in. If I want to see all the numbers, then it shouldn’t be an issue to print them out, so I can make the best decision for myself.”

“We searched on the internet on a Saturday to find a garage to do a diagnostic scan on my engine. When we arrived we found three very polite gentlemen eating lunch together. My immediate first reaction was a sense of kindness and my instincts were right. They took the time and care to do the diagnostic. When I asked how much it would be the gentleman said it would be free. As I waited for the result I overheard the mechanic on the phone with someone who needed an engine replaced.
