“Been here a while, nice location and building is well maintained. Front desk concierge service is particularly great, especially Michelle and Michael. Super friendly and helpful staff all around. Only complaint is that the laundry room always has at least two broken equipment at all times. You’d think that’s fine to work around but couple with neighbors who seemingly don’t know how to work a timer, and some days you’d be hard pressed to find an available machine.”

“We love living here! And in addition to the amenities which are fantastic what really makes it special is the staff. They are amazing!! Shekinah in the leasing office and Michael. His name is escaping me but we also have the best security/front desk staff who knows residents by name and he is always so kind! Management is always responsive and repairs are timely, repair men are friendly and helpful. Plus the events! My favorite has been the paint and sip with Tiffany. We had a great time! Hope to continue seeing those! They have workout classes every week, yoga on the roof, chess. This was our first apartment after college, and it’s been a great experience :) Thank you Estela and team and to anyone considering highly recommend!!”

“Soho's management team has been wonderful to work with. They take your issues as a resident seriously. I had an issue with my dishwasher that Samantha resolved quickly, and a separate issue that Julian resolved effectively.
Giselle and Quann at the front desk are wonderful. Always warm and welcoming. Chris from maintenance is another friendly face that always helps in any way he can.
In addition to everyone's commitment to being kind and making the lofts feel like home, the complex itself is just beautiful and I find myself using the amenities often. I absolutely love living here.”

The front desk staff is as professional as you can get. Nafis, Chris and I forget the name of their colleague who’s sits adjacent to them my apologies, have always been good to me. They are kind, courteous and willing to assist on all counts.
I would like to thank Nafis Wright and highlight his work ethic on making sure my stay was as comfortable as it could be. Without Nafis I would have left a review slightly lower but due to his professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to assist on ALL NEEDS I truly am grateful. Thank you Nafis for always assisting me during my residency.
My only complaint is they charged me for a cleaning fee after I moved out which was a first. I cleaned thoroughly but still had to pay to prepare for the next tenant which someone has to pay. Also there is a shuttle to Secaucus Junction in the Am that’s consistent , take advantage of this free service. In the Pm it’s not so reliable.”

Now I’ve been a resident for a year. Emir always got my back. Blinders not working? No prob Emir gotta order in just a week. Need a screw driver? Text him and be right there in a couple minutes. Best maintenance team I’ve had.”

Despite it being close to the end of her workday on a Sunday, Dawn was incredibly welcoming and accommodating as we walked in for a tour. She took her time to show us around and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Her friendly demeanor and thorough knowledge made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

330 E 56th St, New York“Hotel was so easy to work with in advance of arrival - my emails were answered right away with everything I needed/asked for. We had a 1 bedroom suite - just the right size and a kitchen that was exactly what we needed to make our own food when we didn’t go out. Front desk service was really good, really professional, just what we wanted from a serviced building. Housekeeping, only once a week, did a fantastic job as well. Laundry is in the basement, machines are new and they work very well. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon.”
“My son and his roommates had a great experience from the first time they reached out to the leasing office until their move in. Shawn Jenkins was patient, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions. Move-in was a bit challenging as the service elevator was down but the attention from staff made up for it.”

For instance, during a recent AC emergency, he not only fixed the problem swiftly but also took preventive measures to avoid future issues. While all the staff were great, Juan made a night-and-day difference in my experience. Whether it was helping me get large packages get picked up by USPS during lobby construction, understanding how the metered street parking works outside the building, getting repairs/work done on the unit, or just having a nice chat every now and then - Juan goes 300% out of his way to make sure the experience is the best you’ll have.”

44-28 Purves St, Queens“So expensive but honestly a solid building. Love the folks at the front desk, maintenance is prompt and unfussy. Issues are diagnosed and fixed promptly. I had issues with our AC, turns out it wasn't flush with the wall so outside air was getting in!
I moved out and decided to clean myself. Yes I spent like 4 hours cleaning but I got my entire deposit back no questions asked so I feel they are fair and not nitpicky.
There was a period of time where they were jackhammering all around the building for accessibility which I wasn't happy with. And they turned my toilet into a motion instead of a physical flush for accessibility which was annoying (I promptly reattached the flush handle). But no more changes are planned for the future probably.”

The location just a block from the subway, near tons of restaurants, and midway between Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park; the sunlight through our east-facing, sixth-floor windows; the incredible soundproofing; the high-end appliances; amenities that we use regularly like the pet spa — all wonderful. The best feature, though, is the staff. Whether it's the lobby, the mailroom, maintenance, or whatever, they're all super friendly and helpful.”

Every aspect of the building is well appointed from the apartments to the amenities to the gym. Valet parking is 100% efficient to say. Summers on the chic rooftop is an experience it itself. Every member of the staff are one of the nicest individuals one can meet. They all go above and beyond for the tenants. The old industrial vibe is very inviting . Oh yes, there is Cool Vines downstairs.”
“The staff of 121 Madison Avenue is excellent - courteous and hardworking. Danny, the super , Nasir, Uron, the handymen Hodge, Ennis, two of the doorman are all first-rate and tireless in their efforts on behalf of the building and the tenants .Danny, the super has a surprising eye for design - the basement he has designed and layed out is singular - not only is it clean, it is bright and homey with paintings on the walls that make it look almost like a gallery. Who ever heard of a cozy basement…”

The management and maintenance all did a very good job and they are friendly, responsive and helpful. Recently I had some noise issue, and Savannah helped me resolved the issue promptly. I was completely relieved when the issue was solved.”
