My son and his roommates had a great experience from the first time they reached out to the leasing office until their move in. Shawn Jenkins was patient, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions. Move-in was a bit challenging as the service elevator was down but the attention from staff made up for it.

From Murray Hill Tower Apartments
Located on the corner of 40th Street and 2nd, near Park Avenue and the East River. We are walking distance to the Empire and Chrysler buildings, Grand Central and the 7 train and close to Bryant Park. Our apartments feature hardwood and tile flooring, spacious closets, private balconies with river and city views and laundry on every floor. Our amenities include an indoor rooftop pool with oversized deck, fitness center, club suite with a full kitchen and bike storage.
