Timothy is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. While Tim was transferring data from my old to new phone, he was helping another man with a problem, which he solved.

I’m leaving 5 stars for Corrine, her kind and friendly manner, and her help. Even though she was unable to provide a phone for a blind and disabled customer, she took the time to share what she had and then brainstormed suggestions for us to pursue. Not every employee would do that. Thanks for your advice, Corrine!
