Seriously. It took 25 minutes to get help to open a case for a iwatch charger then you all don't have Apple Pay. Stupid.

Had to run in quickly for something and it was impossible to navigate through the store. Pallets and pallets throughout the aisles it's very unsafe. If there were an Emergency people would be trapped. Then you have to check yourself out and then stop and wait online to leave to have your receipt checked.

If you're trying to get ahold of ANYONE via phone, don't bother. No one answers any of the departments. It's unbelievable. I let it ring for the electronics department and also picked the option to speak to an associate and it rang for 10 minutes before I hung up. Horrible horrible customer service support!!!!
