Jay’s Jewelers was able to mount the stone back in and you can barely see the damage to my gold frame. I was so surprised they did a great job. I also get batteries to my watches and they are the cheapest around.”

“As someone who loves marketplaces like Medford Mills and Columbus Farm Market, this place was no different. While there might be fewer vendors present, you'll still have various items to choose from.My only gripe with the place was that while I was looking at stuff and looking them up on my phone, the woman in the cashier area asked me if I was writing a review for my blog. I don't have a blog, but even if I did, I wouldn't do it there at the store! I felt uncomfortable with that question as I didn't know how to answer. I usually get asked the common question, "can I help you with anything."Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and something that will help malls and small businesses that don't particularly have enough products to fill a typical shop in a mall.”

“i lost my grandmother this past week, and she left me some of her special/favorite jewelry. i brought the pieces in to get fixed, cleaned, and have the settings checked. i explained to them the situation, and they were absolutely incredible. i asked if they could be done before the funeral, and they told me they’d be done the next morning. which they were. when i came in to pick them up they told me “no charge. we are so sorry for your loss.” i am so beyond grateful for the kindness and compassion these jewelers showed. the jewelry came out stunning and perfect as well. they were a light in a very dark week. i will continue going here forever. there are still some good people out there. i have never written a review, but they need to be recognized.”

“The first time I went to Royal Jewelers, I was there to see if they could fix the closure on a new pair of S. Smith earrings, the loop wasn’t completely closed on one of them. First, I’d like to note that both employees greeted me, even though they were both with other customers & let me know they would be right with me. I showed Howard my earrings, all he needed was a week! When I went back for them, the closure on both earrings had been perfectly recreated! The way they should’ve come in the first place! I was delighted! Almost a week later, I went back to see if they could fix my platinum and white gold ‘anchor’ ring, that I had somehow managed to split right at the tip. Another week & my beautiful ring is back in one piece and as shiny as the day it was purchased! You can’t tell it was ever even damaged.These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I currently have my eye on a Scorpio pendant to purchase & I intend to have them clean my jewelry next! Highly recommended!! *****”

“Popped in to see if anything could be done to fix my engagement ring, which had a small dent (my fault!) in some delicate filigree. Bill gave the ring a quick inspection, brought it to his back room, and came back out with it all fixed up in a matter of 2-3 minutes. He didn't charge me (said it was such an easy job) and even offered some advice on keeping the ring in good shape going forward.”

As a plus size girl, I am always nervous about lingerie but they had a very nice selection for plus size women too. I was able to pick out everything left for my October wedding.
