“So we ordered 5 charms online and a necklace and had to pick another charm up in person. All gifts for our daughter 30th Birthday. Orders on line didn't come in a box as a gift especially around the holidays. So I came in got the charm and paid for a few boxes for our daughter gifts. The young lady was helpful on explaining the online ordering, and was polite and kind. I appreciate your kindness and for teaching me a few things.
