“I can't say enough wonderful things about Gary and his family. My son bought an engagement ring in London thinking he could have it sized when he got back to the US. Turns out the sizing was a complex job that could have collapsed the setting. Not only did Gary get the job done he did it in one day allowing the proposal and surprise party to go off without a hitch. “Went to get some repairs done for the first time after finding them on Google. The staff was all around great, very fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped repair my gold chain beyond what I was expecting, and even returned it cleaner than the day I bought it. I also had a Movado watch band that needed a simple repair and even though it was simple, it required an expert to make it. They told me if they couldn't fix it, they would pass it to someone who could, and they did. Everything was done in a timely manner and prices were super fair. I even bought a coin from their selection while I waited. Definitely recommend all around. Thanks Jay's Jewelers”

“Was in the market for a new timepiece, specifically black and silver with a black alligator leather band plus a chronograph. Walked into Jay Roberts and started talking to Jerry who is a great guy. He showed me what they currently had in the store and then gave me a few books to take home and look over, plus to look at the website so they could order a watch for me. Spoke to him a day later and said I had 2 in mind, and he said he could get them next week. I did call back a day later and told him to order me only 1 which was no issue since he hadn't placed the order for both yet. We did speak to the price before placing the order and I was very happy at the discount I received, and completely satisfied! The watch came in much quicker than I was told, which was another plus. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received and I met some very nice people during my visits. A big shout out to Jerry for the outstanding service!I'll be back during the holidays.”

“As someone who loves marketplaces like Medford Mills and Columbus Farm Market, this place was no different. While there might be fewer vendors present, you'll still have various items to choose from.My only gripe with the place was that while I was looking at stuff and looking them up on my phone, the woman in the cashier area asked me if I was writing a review for my blog. I don't have a blog, but even if I did, I wouldn't do it there at the store! I felt uncomfortable with that question as I didn't know how to answer. I usually get asked the common question, "can I help you with anything."Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and something that will help malls and small businesses that don't particularly have enough products to fill a typical shop in a mall.”

We’ve purchased beautiful jewelry pieces, Cazal sunglasses, and forever 24K roses. The prices are great and you have different options to pay. Shaq is so sweet and she’s always greeting customers with a smile. Her customer service makes you feel like family. I recommend people to stop by and check out their inventory. Not pushy at all which I’ve experienced at other jewelers. He even polished my ring for me. I can’t remember the last time it looked this good and sparkly. “The first time I went to Royal Jewelers, I was there to see if they could fix the closure on a new pair of S. Smith earrings, the loop wasn’t completely closed on one of them. First, I’d like to note that both employees greeted me, even though they were both with other customers & let me know they would be right with me. I showed Howard my earrings, all he needed was a week! When I went back for them, the closure on both earrings had been perfectly recreated! The way they should’ve come in the first place! I was delighted! Almost a week later, I went back to see if they could fix my platinum and white gold ‘anchor’ ring, that I had somehow managed to split right at the tip. Another week & my beautiful ring is back in one piece and as shiny as the day it was purchased! You can’t tell it was ever even damaged.These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. “I was greeted, left to take my time to look and then as soon as i picked up my first selenite to purchase, like magic there was a smiling person with green hair and a tray for me.My son was completely indecisive on what he wanted and the gentleman behind the counter showed him sphere after sphere until he found the one he wanted. No impatience. Just enjoying talking about stones. Everything is priced appropriately. The store is brightly lit, very clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great atmosphere. I recommend them for anyone who wants to add to their collection, introduce someone into collecting or buy a gift for someone who does.”
