He helped my 83 year old father go through and my father has been telling all his friends and family. Then I went and I am now signed up for a monthly unlimited pass. The owners of this location should acknowledge the great work the staff is doing at this location. It's always neat and clean and that makes it welcoming.”

“I needed my wheels powder coated since they had sub-surface corrosion. From the first interaction with the owner Nick, including texting him photos, to when I saw my finished ‘product’ everything was far easier & better than I anticipated! Nick took the time to review my issue including my need to have new tires installed (which we bought/took in with car) after the wheels were cleaned up. His team is amazing & do fabulous work! They deal with SUV owning moms like me, to very high end sports cars and I felt as important to them as those cars! I cannot recommend AO Detailing more! “Went here for the full detail on my 2012 Jeep before putting it into storage for three years and was greeted with kindness from the staff. They did a phenomenal job on both the interior, exterior and cleaned my engine bay by hand. They were unable to accomplish the cleaning in one day because they wanted to ensure it was cleaned to a high standard and did not want to rush. I highly reccomend them for a showroom detailed cleaning.”

“first off want to start by saying Chester and Nino need a raise or something they are absolutely fantastic. Arrived around 330pm on a Friday while it was in the 50s so a lot of ppl were at this place to clean their cars. I got my car washed then pulled to a vacuum spot to do the usually. In the process I locked everything inside my car including my keys. Chester let me use his personal phone to call AAA, while Nino was kind enough to google the number I would need. Chester and Nino offered for me sit in their little “office” to wait for AAA! I waited 4 hours! 4hours for them to open my car for me. Since I was unable to finish vacuuming my car and at this point they were closed they kindly turned the vacuum back on for a few minutes so I could finish. In those four hours I waited Nino and Chester were working extremely hard. From one place to another and back again, all without complaining. I tipped them both for being so kind to me. I really hope their management will do something for them as I wasn’t the only customer who locked their keys in the car and they kindly offered the “office” to sit and wait to them as well. I will without a doubt go back to Sammy’s Express to get a car wash and vacuum but next time I’ll make sure not to lock my stuff inside again, as the gentleman were extremely nice but waiting around 4 hours is not fun. Thanks again Chester & Nino you guys rock!!!”

“Update: I went back to the car wash and spoke with the manager working. He was polite and understanding and ran my car back through the wash watching at each station to see what happened. As it turns out, it is the tire shine but it was not a machine malfunction. The tire shine is sprayed onto the lower part of the tire and then a rotating brush spreads it across the remainder of the tire as the vehicle rolls forward. The style and shape of my wheels caused the bristles from this brush to fling the tire shine onto the sides of my car. This does not seem to be an issue with the vast majority of wheels but it is with my wheels. As the tire shine is included with all but the most basic wash package I asked how I can avoid this. The manager told me I can just tell the attendant at the entrance to deselect the tire shine option for my car as it goes through. I am very satisfied with this outcome and will be buying the monthly membership. The only thing that could make this better would be if they offered a multi vehicle discount as we have 4 vehicles between my wife and I. I have attached a new photo of my car after going through the wash without the tire shine option.The below is what I wrote to the car wash through their “Contact Us” link on their website as there is no option to speak with someone over the phone. I will update this review with their response and the outcome.I went through the car wash located on Route 130 in Cinnaminson yesterday May 17th. I was interested in getting the monthly membership, and was going through as a test run. I purchased the Ultimate wash with Ceramic shield. The wash did get my car nice and clean however the tire shine was sprayed all along both sides of my car leaving it very spotted, oily, and dirty immediately after the wash. I noticed after I arrived home, and it was not convenient for me to return right away. I’m not sure if this was an issue with the equipment that day, maybe the nozzles were misaligned or it malfunctioned. I have attached some pictures as I would like to send you to show what happened. I am not satisfied with how my car looked but would like to give your wash another chance in case it was a malfunction with the tire shine sprayer. I do feel that I should not have to pay for a new wash and would like to receive a complimentary wash to replace the one from yesterday and see if it comes out better this time.Service: Auto detailing”
