“I needed my wheels powder coated since they had sub-surface corrosion. From the first interaction with the owner Nick, including texting him photos, to when I saw my finished ‘product’ everything was far easier & better than I anticipated! Nick took the time to review my issue including my need to have new tires installed (which we bought/took in with car) after the wheels were cleaned up. His team is amazing & do fabulous work! They deal with SUV owning moms like me, to very high end sports cars and I felt as important to them as those cars! I cannot recommend AO Detailing more! “My mom needed her car washed before a big trip and so went to two different local car washes before this one where we pulled in and left because they looked awful!…Then, we found this place!…To begin, the cashier who rang us up was soooo friendly & the guys who hand cleaned & vacuumed the car before & after the car wash were so thorough! Very pleased. Highly recommend over other local car washes. Also, this place is very clean & they have lovely unique gifts while you wait AND complimentary Starbucks desserts & coffee! Superb Experience!”
“$21 for the Ultimate Car Wash. Dude who took my Mustang wasn't the friendliest but that's fine, you're dealing with people all day when it's 90° outside I don't expect the best attitude and honestly, you shouldn't either. As long as he wasn't rude or disrespectful, which he wasn't, just seemed hot and tired.Car came out nice, the 3 guys drying it off did a good job, no spots, no swirls, and we're friendly. Car was nicely vacuumed before it went in and everything dusted when it came out. All that for $21.Honestly if anyone complains about it not being the best job, then wash it yourself. I get that "I paid them to do a job I expect them to do it." But come one. It was $21. Most self service automatic car washes, you're paying $15 or more. And that's without vacuum, without dusting, without people hand drying it for you.People complaining about parts being broken off, if you have loose parts and go through an automatic car wash, it's going to break off. If something changes I'll redo my review, but until then, I don't see any issues. For $21 it's a good deal.”

“I have the unlimited monthly pass it's $37 and they clean the interior windows and vacuum. This doesn't include the rear view mirror console or dash, but if you ask, they'll clean it. Sometimes they use wet towels and leave streaks on the windows but just tell them. They are not perfect but are close to my home and they know me.”
“Bruce and Emil in the service department are excellent. I have a Giulia Quadrifoglio and it's been there several times for routine maintenance. It's refreshing to actually be treated like a customer, get return phone calls, price estimates, vehicle ready when promised, no surprises, etc. I did not buy the vehicle there but they still treat me like a VIP. Keep up the good work.”
